How do I place an
order?
Look for the Search Options tab on the home
page of this web-site. If you require textbooks
select your institution from the drop-down
box and a list will be generated of their
requirements. Read the general instructions
at the top of the form and the directions
below this. Click on the link to your grade
and complete the order form accordingly. For
study guides select your province and grade
and follow the steps above to complete your
order form.
Does your web-site
offer shopping basket facilitites?
We do not currently offer shopping basket
facilities. Clients are required to place
orders for textbooks by institution, one order
per institution. Orders for study guides are
likewise to be ordered by province and grade,
one order per province per grade at a time.
How do I check
on my order once placed?
Contact us using the details available on
the Contact Us page of this web-site. Quote
your Order Reference Number and surname and
request information on your order.
Can I place an
order for delivery to a foreign country?
We do not currently offer an automated purchase
process to foreign countries. Please contact
info@caxtons.co.za to investigate the options
available to you.
