Select your school for textbook
orders or your province and grade
for study guide orders. |

Complete the required information
by following the instructions
on each order form. |

You will receive an Order Confirmation
Slip by e-mail shortly after completing
your order. This will contain
an Order Reference Number which
should be quoted in all correspondence
with Caxton Books. |
Delivery Times
School Textbooks
School Textbooks will generally be delivered
within 14 business days of order date.
The seasonality of the school textbook
industry has an effect on stock availability
with publishers and with bookshops. Books
can be unavailable for extended lengths
of time more often as publishers only
reprint when sufficient backorders have
been recorded.
We will contact you if we are unable to
meet our delivery deadline and based on
your decision will either refund your
payment for the outstanding book(s) or
record your backorder and supply it when
made available by the publisher concerned.
School Study Guides
School Study Guides will generally be
delivered within 10 business days of order
date. We will contact you if we are unable
to meet our delivery deadline and based

record your backorder and supply it when
made available by the publisher concerned.

We do not currently offer an express service
but will gladly discuss your needs and
